Black & Decker is perhaps best known for its range of reliable tools, but it's worth it to see your Brew 'n Go coffee maker at a good price. With its decent deposit and confidence in ground coffee instead of coffee in capsules or K-cups, with a bargain price, we noticed this one-cup coffeemaker.
Black & Decker tends to focus on the utilitarian aspects of his appliances, and the Brew 'n Go coffee maker is no different. It's not the nicest cup maker you've ever seen, but it does produce a good cup of ground coffee. Although it has no casting resistance function, you can easily adjust the final result by adding more or less coffee to the included filter to make it stronger or softer. If you really want to use K-Cups or coffee pods, go to Bunn My Cafe MCU.
The included cup is also an advantage as it is designed to work with the machine without any problem. Plus, it fits most standard cup holders so you can enjoy coffee on the go. This means that the cup size is limited to one option. Your deposit is designed to fill that cup, so you'll need to fill it up if you want a fresh cup. However, this means that the water will not leave at the end of the day, ensuring a fresh and clean tasting every morning.
The permanent filter can be placed in the dishwasher along with the travel mug, and the rest of the one-cup coffee machine requires minimal maintenance. However, the cup is machine specific, so be sure the exchange is not cheap.
What distinguishes the Brew 'n Go coffee maker is its ease of use. Once you've added water and coffee and press "on", there's very little else left to do. There are no complicated menus or options, so it's great if you just want something that works when you need it. You can also make tea and hot chocolate if you remove the filter and make sure there is no grinding.
With this machine, you can not customize your infusion, and your inability to take capsules or K-cups means that some items need to be washed regularly. That said, the Black & Decker Brew 'n Go is a great little machine for the price and offers a good cup of Joe once you've determined the exact amount of coffee that's right for you.
